I've always had the idea of the name as 'Lights Out' to be a big relation to the image I use in the poster. And So I Used one of the images that Diana Baker took for our artist and so the big image represents 'Lights' and the album cover represents 'Darkness' and so when you put the two images together, it translates to 'LIGHTS OUT'!
