Our Digi pack plan.
With our music video finished, we now turn to the planning of the Digi pack.
I have a high hope to have my friend Diana Evans Baker to do the photography for our digi pack, as she did the photography for our possible promotion images that we still may use for the digi pack but I believe that we should have a photo shoot of The artist.

Production editing- the ending..?
With the 1st I'll give it a 4 out of 10. In my opinion, it is fairly boring and doesn't really allow the song to be as intense as it could be as well as how intense I would like it to look as it only uses a small amount of clips, re using them- making it look boring.
With the second possible ending, Ill give it a 6 out of 10. Its a better one, I like the intense look in the eyes at the end yet im still un satisfied for this as the ending.
The third possible ending, I will give a 9 out of ten. This is my favorite out of them all. I love the effect the fairly lights give as they turn off, it really makes me satisfied with it to be the ending shot.
I'll give this shot a 7 out fo 10. It was a good idea for the last shot however, we have tested the shot on full screen and some people may not be able to read what it says which will ruin the entire effect that we were looking for.

Production - Editing Different Endings!
We are in our final week of editing and have gotten very far into the diting of our music video. We are really confident in the beginning of the video and have tried our lots of different endings and are deciding which one we will go with.
Here is the first ending we came up with originally. We felt this was the least exciting ending to on, and it would be more exciting to end on a memorable shot with great impact. Seeing as we used this shot quite alot throughout the editing and it's probably our least favourite ending.
Here is the second ending we tried out. I thought this one was really good, as the shot was a surprise and not used throughout at all. I felt the colour contrast has a great effect and ends the video in a strong way. However, the only thing I was a little unsure about was that the writing on the projection. Although it looks good I think it's a little unclear what the writing says. As 'Howl Howl' doesnt show up very well so that's a downfall for this ending.
This video is another possible projection shot. It works quite well as just when Poppy opens her eyes the projection goes to black. I liked this one but I still don't think it's a symbolic good ending to our video.
Here is the final alternative ending we made and this one is definitely my favourite. When Nick showed it to the group, we were all really hap[y about it and felt that it was a great way to end the video. It works really well with the lights going out - I'd forgotten we'd even filmed a shot like this!
So we're sticking to this one as we're all so happy with it.

Skills development.
I have always felt very familiar to editing as I make films in my spare time for my family to look at in the future. And so my skills have definitely improved via filming and performance. Last year I wouldn't have DARED to even consider to be in front of the camera through such lack of confidence. But as I've become familiar with the college and the people around me I have come out of my shell... feeling able to confidently portray a decent performance for the sake of my music video. :D
Other skills I feel that I have developed are yet again using the editing, being able to explore with the editing limits how far I can push the video to its best, making it the best as it can be.
What I can see as a skill is my control of patience with others. I would label myself as an impatient person, however- in this year, I have controlled my patience to be able to not lose my 'cool' with such small problems.
